Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Carter and Coles! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier of your choice.

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email.

Please double check your shipping address at check out. Orders refused at delivery or returned for incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund.

All claims are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds or replacements in cases of suspected misuse of our policy.

HEADS UP!

During the hot summer months some items can soften even more while in transit. We pack every order to protect your items from the heat, but once the package leaves our hands, we can't guarantee it won't experience some melting- especially if its left outside after delivery. If a item arrives a bit too soft, don't worry a quick trip to the fridge will bring it back.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements due to melting during summer shipping.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept risk.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States of America, and its territories

We do not ship to:

  • Outside the United States of America

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. Carter and Coles are not responsible for these fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Carter and Coles are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
